Nepali Students Built Car via Bike Engine.

Four students from Pulchowk Engineering Campus has successfully built a three-wheeled car through bike engine.

Amit Pandit, Basanta Ale, Dipesh Budathoki and Ravi Kant Chaudhary a fourth-year student’s of Mechanical Engineering has built the car.

This is not the first project done by them, in earlier during their second year days they had built Go Kart (racing car) using bike engine.

The three-wheeled car is named as ‘Motika’ in which Mo stands for Motor Cycle, Ti stands for Tin Pangre (three tyred) and Ka stands for car.

Motika is a two seated car and which can be operated from both electricity and Petrol. The car can run up to 74 Kilometer per hour through petrol and 18 Kilometer per hour through battery.  The total investment took by the Motika was more than Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand.
