U.S.Embassy of Nepal introduces ‘Safa Hawa’ app to check city air quality.

U.S. Embassy of Nepal has recently launched an app know as ‘ Safa Hawa’.

Safa Hawa gives users information about the air quality of Kathmandu currently from two locations. It also notifies the user when the air quality gets worst and reminds of preventive measures to be taken.

Alaina B Teplitz US Ambassador to Nepal and Durga Prasad Dawadi Director General Department of Environment (DoE) jointly launched the app called Safa Hawa.

Bidhee Pvt Ltd has developed the app with the support of the US Embassy in Nepal.

Safa Hawa is available in both iso and Android platform in Nepali and English language.
