GCES IT Expo to commence from 25th February.

Pokhara based, Gandaki College of Engineering and Science (GCES) has announced a date for its home event GCES IT expo. After the immense success of 6th GCES IT expo they are again back with its 7th edition. The event will kick off for two days 25th and 26th February 2018 (13th to 14th Falgun 2074) in the college premises at Lamachaur, Pokhara.

“The exhibition is aimed at creating awareness about Information and Communication Technologies and newer and emerging tools of IT industry, Free/Open Source Software (FOSS) and how they can fit in our society and how can we benefit from IT in organizations, government offices, educational institutions and our day to day life. It will address many more challenges that our society has been facing without IT”, said the organizers.“In the event, the students of GCES will be demonstrating different kind of projects that they had prepared during their assignment hours”, said Ashok Parajuli, vice Principal of GCES. Likewise, students also will be presenting variants of research paper to the visitors of an expo, said Parajuli.

With that, the organizers also had set the schedule for interaction program with the IT experts. Numbers of expert from IT sector will show their presence at the gala.
